Assalamualaikum.

Hye everyone !

It has been almost a month since my last update which was on january 18th.

It has been two months and a half since I have moved here, in Japan :)

Exactly. After the wedding, terus datang sini on December 4th 2011. Having said that, it is really a new beginning of married life for me and hubby. Hubby takpela dia dah nak masuk 10 tahun kat sini. Huhu. But to me, everything is new. New people. New house. New places. New road that I've chosen to walk with my husband :) Lucky that he always holds my hands and promise to never let go of them. Hihihi jiweng karat la plak.

I'm not into being descriptive about how did i get here, what was the feeling and so on, sebab too many things to be told. Hihi.

But yeah, we had our honeymoon in Okinawa Island ! Yes ! It was like a dream came true for me sebab mmg dah lameeee sgt dah nak pegi Churaumi Aquarium tu (one of the attractions in Okinawa). Alhamdulillah !

Anyway, I'm now a full-time housewife. Seronok sbnrnya x pegi keje nih. Hihi. Tapi lg seronok kalu hubby sekali x pegi keje. Haha mane boleh mcm tu kan, kalu x nnti nak makan ape kalu hubby x keje ? Kih3.

I can say that I'm still learning to be adaptive towards all these changes of life. Being adaptive. Semoga Allah permudahkan urusan dan kehidupan kami di sini. Ameenn :)

Happy Beginning

Assalamualaikum w.b.t

It has been a really really long time since my last update (entry) which was in October, isnt't ? October, the month that I can remember, being a single lady, with my sister, hanging out with my sister, whether it was kbmall, or tesco :) It was indeed a great moment, bittersweet when it came to wedding preparation :)

Oh yes, I had never planned to shut down this blog. Hehe, the stories continue, don't they ?

So, I finally had my 'happy ending' story on November 25th 2011. Alhamdulillah ! Alhamdulillah ! Alhamdulillah ! Indeed, Allah is all the almighty. Allahuakbar ! The greatest feeling to have that time, being a wife :) It was the happiest moment ever ! And my lips kept on saying Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah that time :) I'm a wife now ! So then my 'happy ending' continued with the reception. My husband and I felt so blessed on that day !

My ma abah - the one and only. These two important persons in my life had made me feel our majlis filled with baraqah. from the smiles that they wore throughout the majlis. How can i be thankful for them, oh Allah !

Ummi - that day marks me to have another mother, to be cared and to care for. Alhamdulillah ummi. Alhamdulillah !

My siblings - kakak sefamily, kakngoh sefamily, kaknor sefamily, kaklah sefamily, kakja sefamily, abe & kakda, kakjie sefamily, kaktie sefamily and my adek. From the tolong2 with the door gifts, buat kek (my kakja made the pretty cake for us !).

The in laws - who had always been supportive and helping us a lot from a little chaos to big big thing :)

Relatives - makcik2, pakcik2, spupu spapat yg byk tolong meriahkan majlis and byk hulur tgn membantu. I know I haven't got a proper chance to thank them all. Moga Allah kurniakan pahala dan permudahkan urusan kalian smua ameen :)

Friends -Maslina yusak yg tolong before, masa majlis and after majlis ! Ibtisam & arepp, peteh, siti mariam, maryam, jasmine, yg sudi dtg dari jauh ! Seriously sgt sgt terharu ! My UMK students, FPV yang sentiasa cool and memeriahkan lg majlis kawin saya and also UMK staffs. Hehe. Aida, Elly, wahida, wani yg byk tolong ! To all smipians, and kwn2 sekolah penambe yg dtg. Teachers also ! And smua yg dtg and hadir, thank youuuu !

Ada cerita sbenarnya sebelum majlis kawi ktornag nih, actually banjir melanda kg penambang. Wuwuwuwu, so Ahlami ni dok resah gelisah mmg xtau nk wat ape dah, menangis pon ada. Huhu sedih sedih. But alhamdulillah berkat doa semua ahli keluarga dan rakan-rakan, the banjir finally said bye-bye on our solemnization day tu jugak. Tp still ada air jgk la sket2 kat luar tuh.

After all, there was my 'happy ending' story. In my definition, wedding is not the happy ending. Why 'ending' when it is only a beginning in your life essence. It is actually my 'Happy Beginning'. My new and happy beginning of life, for this marriage may Allah shower His blessings and baraqah. May we have soleh and solehah kids, and treasure our moments together, lead us to Jannah ya Allah ! Again, to love him for Him :)

Bump and Busy

Entri kali ni byk mcm buat rumusan from my sister's blog, Kak Ngoh. She is a good writer. The content in her blog are all useful for me, and somehow in our everyday busy life, it can reflect back to what we have done so far, and are we doing it right ?

Life is slippery, and sometimes full of bumps here and there, and when you hit that bump, it will give you a little shake or a huge shake if you happen to hit a big and rough bump. Sometimes the shake that you have is just a reminder to say that you are alive, you are still moving, or it can be a wake-up call for you, to be more focus and continue your journey. Life goes on, as my sister just mentioned in her latest entry.

The other entry was about being busy. She said,

"Sebenarnya elemen sibuk ini boleh menjadi isu dalam satu2 perhubungan dan boleh menyebabkan hubungan menjadi semakin renggang atau pun terus putus begitu sahaja."

"Jangan jadikan alasan anda sibuk dan tiada masa untuk mendail nombor telefon atau menghantar SMS kepada mereka (orang tersayang, keluarga, kawan-kawan) "

"Jangan pula bila kita dalam kesusahan atau perlukan pertolongannya barulah teringat pada mereka"

True. Kadang2 yer jgk, time dok Adelaide dlu, nak dekat2 exam or test tu laaa paling byk call ma abah. Time happy and huhahuha tu jarang skali laa nak call ma abah. Astaghfirullah, x baik mcm tu kan.

Hmmm another thing is to see how a person that used to be really close to you, but then turns out to be a completely different person when something bad/good happens in his/her life. I pray that I will never leave my family and my orang2 tersayang, no matter what happens. Oh Allah, Rabbi yasir, wala tuassir, Rabbi tamim bil khair (Oh Allah, make it easy and do not make it difficult, Oh Allah make it end well)

So, are we on the right track being a good human being at the moment ? Ask yourself. Time to evaluate ourselves. Please remember, sayang bukanlah hanya di sebut sebut dalam hati tetapi hendaklah dibuktikan dengan amal yang nyata :) Hehe jolo kakngoh, jolo !

For the rest of my life

I have purposely clipped in the countdown ticker at the top of my blog, so that whenever I look at it, this will give me like an indicator, to do things, and not to rush things, and to keep calm too. Hehe.

But then I found this quote, posted up by a friend of mine,

"When you realize (and decide) you want to spend your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible"

But then, kena buat ape ? Wait, and sabar lah ! Tapi, bukan wait saja-saja jer, work must be done as well. Hehe.

Always remind ourselves, that things are not always going to be super sweet, perfect, problem-free, easy, comfortable, and all those feelings or conditions that you wish for. It's not going to be perfect. Sebab tu kena sentiasa ready, and plan for the best. Doa itu penting. And of course, have a faith that we will always stay together and have each other no matter what happens. InshaAllah, with God's willing :)

Wave of Change

I can sense a wave of change is coming my way, but that only make life, life. Isn't it ? People talk about moving on, changing who they are, getting better, but eventually, they adapt anyway, kan ? Kat mana pon kita duduk, ape jenis kerja pon kita dapat, surrounded by org yang pelik2 skali pon, kalau pandai adapt and sesuaikan diri, inshaAllah kita akan survive ! :) It's all in you.

When there is no power to stop the change, we have to figure out the change and make it suit you. I think we are pretty much made, to be adaptive towards changes. We have the capability to face our fears and challenges, because HE promised that in whatever situations HE puts you in, that is the best for us :)

So, to my pretty Adek, Congratulations on your graduation dear ! You're now a grown up, with a degree holder. Ma abah and all of us are so proud of you ! You just mark all of our siblings, all 10, now have completed University educational level. Alhamdulillah. Summa Alhamdulillah !

Change of life, change of status. But you are still my adek okay ! Hehe

Assalamualaikum

The title can be deceiving though. This time is pretty much random, cause I am listening to Adele's song, called 'One and Only'. I love the tone of her voice, and the way she sings it, just like a story telling. Don't you think the same way ?

Oh anyway, everyone has their one and only. Am I right ? Hehe

Life has been pretty much hectic lately. It's not hectic actually. It's just that you have so many things to do, and you have to sort those out according to the priorities, and settle them down one by one. So far, everything is just under control ! Hehe, at least I have my one and only that is always ready and giving his full commitments. The one that I can always rely on, the one that I can't wait to talk to after coming back from work. The one that I can express my feelings and tell about all the chaos and chores I have to face that day. The one and only :)

I just realized that my most recent entry was a month ago, and I haven't updated the Hari Raya story. I probably have missed my yearly routine, which is the raya story. Hihi. Well, raya is sooooo different this year. Everything was beautiful. And all I can say is, being grateful is really important. I have to always remind myself with that. The raya khutbah, I have a few points slipped into my mind. I came to know that Aidil Fitri, the word 'Fitri' means 'Fitrah'. Why fitrah ? Because during Ramadhan, we want to wash away all the stains of sins within ourselves, so that we can go back to our Fitrah. Putih suci. Question is, have you done enough ? Have you grabbed the precious chance ? Hehe. Berfalsafah la plak rase :P

sbb byk sgt dah upload gmba raya kat fb, tapi gamba smyg raya xde la plak. so here it is. hehe Mak Ude dgn Kakak Jihah. This time masa amik gambar, org kat sebelah mcm pandang pelik aje. Hihihi :P

Again, this entry is getting even tedious ! I was about to tell a different story, (different thing was playing in my mind just now), but then the raya story just popped out. Oh well, manusia manusia,

Assalamualaikum.

How's your Ramadhan ? Are you treating Ramadhan very well ? Ramadhan ni tetamu and anugerah Allah SWT bg kat kite bukan biasa-biasa saje tau. So, all the amalan and ibadah in Ramadhan, also bear in mind kena 'luar biasa' jgk tau. Hehe meaning all ibadah are being upgraded laa the quantity and of course, quality (keikhlasan or sincerity which is the most difficult part)

So, Ramadhan for me, is also filled with meeting beloved friends, and visiting new born babies. We went to visit Kaie's baby boy. Kaie is my ex-classmate in SMKIP. She got married last year and been blessed with this precious little boy, named Iman Syakir bin Mohd Saiful. Tersangat lah comel. Yer betul, semua babies pon comel kan. Hehe, but I remember, Kaie's mother was saying to us that day,

'Comel deh baby nih. Dia tu putih bersih lg. Takdop doso gapo2 pom. Kita ibu bapa ni lah hok mencorakkan dia jadi lagu mano natih. Besar tanggungjawab nih'

Deep. Right into my heart. Allah bg baby bukan setakat nk tatap tgk wajah comel dia je tau. Byk lg tanggungjawab lain. May we all be blessed with beautiful and most importantly juruh-juruh kids, Inshaallah ! :) Mari berdoa, sebab Is cakap smalam mungkin ramai yang x tahu kekuatan DOA tu. The power of prayers ! So, what are u waiting for, doa doa doa okay :) Prayers are the best, greatest, amazing, awesome (fill it yourself any great words) wireless communication between you and Allah ! :)

Assalamualaikum.

Salam ramadhan semua. Lama sungguh laaa x update blog nih. Dah mcm-mcm sarang dah ade kot kat sini. Sarang labah-labah, sarang tikus, sarang semut (biskut sarang semut sedap), saranghe-yo pon ade ! Hihi

Anyway, x tahu nk update pasal ape sbenarnya nih, because everyday life seems to be just everyday life. Go to work. Get back home. But yes yes yes, dah jumpa dah differences, because we're in Ramadhan. So, ibadah khusus are being upgraded and topped up :) Alhamdulillah diberi kesihatan untuk sama-sama buat tewarih ehhhh silap, terawih ! Hehe

But, I hold on to this saying that says 'kelebihan bulan ramadhan ini bukankah terletak pada banyak mana kita pergi terawih or byk mana kita khatam quran semata-mata'. Sebab kan, ibadah puasa ni Allah dah bgtau, bukan malaikat yang kira pahala/ganjarannya, tapi Allah sendiri yg akan kira. Sebab tu kite berpuasa, the main aim is to be among orang-orang bertaqwa. 'Berpuasalah kamu, supaya menjadi org yg bertaqwa' (Check Al baqarah:183)

Wah wah wah tu dia Ahlami ! Hehe, takpe la kan, just my cheap two-cents of words. Take it or leave it. Hehe

Salam everyone !

Sunyi because Kakjie and her two little cheeky ones, Muaz and Wazif are now in Kedah. And my ma and abah also, cause for temporary je, teman kakjie sefamily kat sana.

Pergh, sekarang plak hujan. Memang masyukk betul laa dgn sunyi condition nih. Waiting for Fatien to get back home cause she's having a short trip to Terengganu. Lepas ni nk g amik dia plak.

Anyway, for sure rumah akan jadi sunyi laaa sket since no more jeritan and teriakan kanak-kanak bernama muaz and wazif. Luckily, we have kaklah's family kat Taman Guru, dgn anak 5 orang. Paling kecik si Aqeef yg semakin hari semakin manis senyumannya. Dah pandai jalan sket2 dah. Hehe kawaii ne :)

It feels different to be alone at home, compared to the time where i had to be left alone at home, in Adelaide. Most of the time sebab housemates ade komitmen lain. To be alone here in rumah ma abah, rase mcm weird plak, probably because this house has always been filled with people. Family I should say. My family :) Micasa mia mor ! :) Takpe, ma abah balik rabu ni ho yeah ho yeah ! Agak-agak dah jadi wife nanti, kalu kena tinggal ngn suami pegi outstation camne ye. Hurmm kalu Ibtisam, rasenye dia akan ckp 'sebab tu kena beranak cepat cepat, ade baby x sunyi sgt'. Hahaha righteous ! :D

Last week, I went to KL and, I had a really great time with my kakngoh ! Especially shopping time with her in KL, despite all the BERSIH and hura-hara that was going on that time, we managed to do the shopping time peacefully, and Thank you Allah for us to be able to grab a few things (the hantaran stuffs) and book the wedding cards as well. Alhamdulillah !

I also got a chance to sit with some law lecturers in UIA, and listen to my kakngoh's talk. So she basically talked about how are we going to assimilate the Islamic values in academics or education. As simple as giving Salaam to memorizing students's names (which is REALLY impressive cause my kakngoh memorized and remember all her students' names ! Bravo kakngoh !)

Anyway, today, I've learned that people and their intentions towards us, life and its surprises as gifted to us are two essential and pretty basic things. To be able to handle the first one, and to be able to appreciate the second one, is just blessings from Allah. Those blessings are not in just a form of materials, but also experiences that we gain in the past few years or still time being. To know there is a lot more to come in the future sometimes scares me, sometimes it excites me, But InshaAllah, I will keep an open mind and heart for it ! And most importantly, if you have that someone special to always being there for you no matter what :) Anata, arigatou ! and Minna arigatou too ! :)

Yesterday, 4th July 2011, someone special of mine has just turned 25 ! Oppss, probably i should have not mentioned the age number there. Hihi. But never mind, i think most of us, pretty much can guess, kan ? Anyway, she is the type of girl (woman dah kot ? hihihi) that,

- is so sempoi

- her most seen and well known talent, goreng keropok and wat jepput !

- very very organized when it comes to susun-susun notes (based on my view)

- at least, a far way better rajin doing laundry stuffs than i am !

- someone that loves to put on kain sarung batik at home. you know, mcm mak2 or org dalam pantang. she is the type of perempuan melayu terakhir okay ! :P

- can be so ayu and lemah lembut, especially when she walks (hehe ibtisam you know this laa kan, sbb aku selalu tiru dia jalan)

- sometimes can be soooooo manja too ! dgn kami-kami ajer lah. Hehe. kesayangan sgt2 nih !

- can practice spontaneous cruelty, such as in lectures like saying to the lecturer, 'Again?' when she actually meant to say 'Miss Priya, can you repeat the question, please?'. But I know her, that was just spontaneous, deh ? deh ?

- And I also know that she loves me, and cares about me very very very the much !

Tgh koya ko nih kaklin ? Hehe

Happy birthday kaklin ! Cepat balik Klate deh, can't wait to meet up and catch-up :) Sayang kaklingg mmmuaahhhs !

Last last week, Kakak sefamily balik kampung. And I got to see and spend some precious time with my trio singaporean nieces. The funniest one ('Izzah), The clumsiest one ('Iffah) and the most adorable one (Annisa').

Pretty girls semua nya, Mak Ude doakan semua nya berjaya dgn cemerlang dalam pelajaran. And sentiasa jadi anak solehah semuanya. Ameeen :)

kangaroos and wallabies

Hehe. Ni entri yang dalam draft laaaaaame dah ni sebenarnya. Baru nk update and tengok balik and baru nk publish. Ni pon buat auto-publish. Hehe. Anyway, previous entry gambar bersama koala. Now gambar bersama kangaroo plak. Yer lah kan, x sah laaa x jumpa kangaroo atau wallabies kalau pegi Australia. Hehe.

So, antara aktiviti yg anda boleh buat apabila berjumpa kangaroo & wallabies ialah bersalam-salaman dengannya, mengambil gambar, memberi makan (biskut atau kacang, tapi kangaroo lg suka kacang yer harap maklum), melakukan aktiviti kick-boxing bersama kangaroo, aktiviti melompat pon bleh juga dan yang paling senang ialah, meniru aksi kangaroo itu sendiri (my favourite of all activities).

I just realized that most of the previous entries are all picture showing unfortunate people. It's just that I really wanted to share all those to everyone and everyone else. Hehe takpe laa kan ? :D

I think I have to mention a few random updates of people and happenings recently. Hehe. Dah lama dah tak update pasal my monsters and blossoms lah terutamanya. Probably because life has been so easy and less stressful lately.

Kalau dolu2, time belajar kat Adelaide, just because of the relative distance between me and my family, i was so excited when being told and shared updates from home, such as;

"Muaz dah tumbuh gigi dah"

"Umah ada pasang kipas baru. Commeiii"

"Kakchik (my cousin) branok doh. Baby girl ! yeayyyy"

"Bilik air umoh ado water heater doh. So mandi pagi-pagi x sejuk doh. Woohoo"

Those littlest things, when being told and shared with me, could really make my day. Especially, when I was in the middle of study week nak dekat-dekat exam tuh. Hehe. That was just normal to me.

I have learned that whatever stories, when it is shared between your loved ones, it will be such a meaningful highlight of your day, simply saying. Or highlight of your life, importantly saying :)

Thank you ALLAH for the blessing of, simply opening a tap and having running water whenever you want it. I came across with this picture, knowing that there are still many people out there asking at least a small portion of what we have now. So, be thankful, be grateful ! But thankfulness and gratitude do not just stop here, by looking at this photo. It should be inspiring. This is inspiration for us to do better in life. Inspiration does exist, but it needs to find us working :)

Eh lama nya saya tak update blog. Hisashiburi desu ne. hehe

It's been a while. again. hehe, i swear that i always wanted to write something, was so semangat utk update blog, but then i forgot. hahaha. probably, too many things have been occupying my mind lately. Anyway, Muaz has turned 2. Alya plak dah 12 years old. Tomorrow is teacher's day and this year, is my first year celebrating teacher's day as 'teacher/lecturer'. Hehe. What a bliss :) Alhamdulillah. Tomorrow also is my kakak's 44th birthday.

Kat UMK campus, saye sebagai tutor. Kat umah, hari friday and saturday sebagai cikgu tuisyen plak. Hehe. Nak cari makan sesuap nasik punye pasal. Boleh laaa kan. Wat bayar bil maxis beruk-bengg and beli air teh-o-beng jgak. Hihi.

Oh yer, nak cerita, So, last month i did make a promise to these kiddos that i wanted to bring them to KBmall. Pastu sampai laaa berlalu sebulan, tak sempat2 nak tunaikan the promise tuh. So, last week, paksakan diri brought them to kbmall. So I sort of belanja them at KFC aje. And bawak masuk bookstore. and suddenly they asked to go to Pacific to buy something. and they asked me not to go with them, together, just wait kt luar-luar tu jer. Pelik dah. Tunggu laaa kan kejap. Rupa rupanya, they bought me chocolates ! Hahaha. Aduhaiii melt-down jap rase. Terharuuuuu ! Hehe. 'Ni hadiah utk Kak Ami sebab ngajar kami'. Takpe Auni, Mira and Afnan, Kak Ami doakan semoga sentiasa berjaya dalam pelajaran, and jaga akhlak sokmo ! :)) Manners too okay !

My first graduation day agak rase sebak time nak naik stage tuh sebab bile tgk audiences, takdop Ma Abah. Huhu emo plak. Tapi this time, rase cheerful and excited and bersemangat jgk. Cuma, there was one thing, did cross my mind while i was standing on the stage, waiting for my name to be called. It was the experience during my honors research. Agak terase laaaa kesusahan time buat honors. And now, it's all over, and to me, it's not just in one piece of that scroll or certificate, but those experiences are also shaped in my hands. buried in my minds. You know that feeling when you meet your old friends, your child-hood friends, and you will soon talk about every single thing that you and your friends did in the past. and minutes later, you will talk about what you're gonna do, what you will become in the future. Sometimes, we need these old friends of ours to remind us that we are still young and free to do the right things, to accomplish great things, yet still be matured and relevant in whatever cases. We also need new friends to let us know there are still a lot to be acknowledged out there, and probably waiting for us to be discovered. All these might change us to be better or probably just stay the same. Baiklah. bad intro !

It's chinese new year break ! a few of my siblings are here in Kelantan. It's good to gather with family and usik mengusik of course :) A few friends visiting, even my students are planning to come over tomorrow. woohooooo awesome ! HAPPY !

Since it's holiday, weddings ! yeah weddings. i have 3 wedding invitations from my friends. and 1 wedding ceremony that i have to put my hands on, because it's my cousin's wedding, Paih. He's been one of my best cousins I assume, since we've been playing around here and there as grown-up kids. But now, yeah, Alhamdulillah, nak kahwin jugak cousin aku sorang nih ! HAPPY !

After all, today has brought me to this kinda thought, where of all things that we've done, we should think that we all deserve all of these. There must must must be reasons for whatever happens in our life. regardless we like it or we don't, yes, we deserve all those. and i believe, everyone wants to be happy. and happiness is just like a perfume, you can't give it away without getting a little on yourself. okay. 8 days tak update blog. seriously tak sempat ! aicewah gaya cakap macam konon konon betul2 busy woman. takde la busy sangat actually. boleh aje berfacebook, dan bertumblr. but yes, utk tambah berblogging sempit sket masa. okay, salah penggunaan bahasa dah tuh ! tolak 10 markah ! :P

okay, what to say ? hmmmm. update pasal students lah kan. so far, students saye nih semua nya cun cun dan hensem hensem semua nya. eh silap silap ! nak cakap students saye semua nya bijak bijak dan very talkative. sangat aktif dalam kelas. bab bertanya tuh masyaAllah ! saye zaman student pon tak tanya mcm gitu. tapi takpe, menunjukkan kesungguhan di situ ! at least, mereka x tido dalam kelas. dan yg pastinya sebab tutor best la kan. muahahahha perasan di situ!

bile dah kerja nih, baru rase bernilai nya weekend itu ! aaaaaaaaaaaa ! betapa seronok nya boleh bangun lambat ! hahaha itu aje yg ingat ! apadaaaaa :P and yg paling best hang out ngn kawan2. tapi tu la, nanti bestpren, kakling akan berangkat ke Adelaide. sobs T_T

Alhamdulillah sudah masuk minggu kedua diberi nikmat peluang bekerja sebagai tutor. Okay, taknak lah cerita pasal keje. hmmmmmm tapi what stories are ready to be told here ? oh yes, semalam tengok Anugerah Juara Lagu, and I'm pretty sure that I only watched 20% of all the performances. hehehe was busy doing other much more important and meaningful stuffs. meaningful ! And I was not surprised at all to see the winners, because honestly, semua lagu2 tuh saya x tahu. kecuali lagu 'Hanyut'. okay lah. tapi there was this one song called 'Ku Ada Kamu' yg saye rase agak best. probably of the lyrics. nice nice.

I still remember, when I first met her. We were both in Class of 1 Merah, Sek Keb Penambang. She had curly short hair but quite thick. and when I asked her name, she was proudly saying,

"Namo sayo Siti Sarah Afni binti Mohd Rawi. kat rumoh oghe panggil sayo adik. tapi awok tokleh panggil sayo adik. sebab ni sekoloh. keno panggil sarah"

That moment. It was the start of everything. the beginning of our friendship. She was a tough girl i should say, always a winner or super girl when it comes to having argument with boys. hehe. Sarah...sarah...

and she grew up as a very very very cheerful girl. In class, she never failed to make us laugh. sometimes, when she brought up some jokes, that were not even funny, but she still laughed herself out. and just because she laughed so loud, that all of us kept staring at her and eventually joined her as well. oh mannn. so silly ! Indeed, she was a funny person.

and when it came to emotional and heart-to-heart talk. she could become so soft-spoken, rubbing our backs whenever we needed someone to talk too, a shoulder to cry on. She cried too, just like we did. and of course, she always remind me that i am her best friend, and will always be. Whenever she texted me for hari raya wish, or birthday wish, she never failed to end the message with "I Love You soooo much Ami". Never failed.

dah laaaaame sangat nak update blog sbenarnya. and then, I have promised myself a few months ago, that I have to have to have to have to update blog on 1.1.11. Yes, relatively, it's just a number which has no meaning in it, until someone comes along and gives it a meaning or something happens and make it memorable and meaningful :) erkkk ! gapo dio aku dok bobe ni ?

Alritey. So I went to Kedah last week, for my best friend's wedding day, Ibtisam. and her hubby, Ariff. wow ! it sounds sooooo weird mentioning nama Arepp kat sini. ngeh3. Alor Setar was fun and treating me so well. the weather. the kenduri the people and Ib's family. everything. it was just perfect. cumaaa satu saja. cheq x reti nak habaq apa2 dalam bahasa kedah. either senyum or angguk2 or cakap KL je. hikhik.

and I was in KL for 3 days. oh my. unplanned memories are always the best. I know that. and that was the moment that I will always always remember. Exactly sangat betul. kite mungkin x tahu, perancangan Allah lagi hebat :D

Most importantly, I was sooooooooooooooooo HAPPY ! indeed !

And now, back to kelate, hari Isnin ni insyaAllah I will start working as a tutor. insyaAllah, may everything come easily, smoothly. sekarang kat umah, my sisters yang dok jauh2 semua dah pulang ke rumah masing2. sunyi and senyap laaa plak rase umah nih. Tinggal Muaz and Wazif aje. Muaz almost 2 years old, Wazif baru 2 bulan. Muaz takde partner in crime dah nak sepah2 umah. so tadi dia main2 dgn Wazif. baru lepas tidurkan Wazif, my 2 month old nephew. lega rase bile tgk baby ni tidur. agak nya, ini lah perasaan my ma bile tengok anak2 dia dapat tidur nyenyak.

wonder how do unfortunate kids and children sleep and eat and play, etc. of course they don't eat well enough. don't have enough toys to play. sedih nya. dgn itu, mari lah kita sama2 bersyukur dibesarkan dgn sempurna. zahir dan kasih sayang semua ckup. say Alhamdulillah. thank you Allah!

kat rumah ni semakin ramai rakyat jelata sebenarnya. kanak2 dari Sabah sudah ade di rumah. adoiii. geli hati Mak Ude bile dok melayan diorang nih :P

ma abah have been in KL since November 30th lagi. esok baru balik. huhu. elok2 aje ma abah berlepas last week tuh, rumah dah jadi kuca lanaaa doh. haha. actually, both my sisters, kakjie and fatien x sihat. diarrhoea yg teruk jgk lah. and kakjie plak ade 2 sons, Muaz and Wazif yg x masuk 2 bulan pon lg. Muaz pon kena diarrhoea teruk jugak. So, dalam rumah ni, saye sorang je yang sihat walafiat tubuh badan, Alhamdulillah.

rumah sangat kelam kabut. Muaz muntah byk kali jgak. atas selimut. atas comforter. kena bantal and sarung bantal jgk. so, bilik air tuh, macam2 ade. from comforter, selimut and 2 biji bantal. kira complete set. nak tido dalam bilik air pon boleh. hahaha. sabor jer lah. and saye jugak terpaksa mengangkut pesakit2 ni ke klinik yg berdekatan.

Alhamdulillah. everyone is now back to normal health condition. except for Muaz, becoming a little bit clingy hari ni. probably he has just recovered kot ? huhu. okay. tetiba rase macam saye dah bukak nursery ! hahahaha

alritey. ape lagi. oh yes, kota bharu hujan sokmo loni. and today rase a bit windy. angin ade ni selalunya leads to banjir lah. hehehe. but that's normal lah for penambang people. ngeh3. tapi hopefully tahun ni banjir x besar :) sekejap2 is fun. lama2 is disaster.

Whatever it is, we must always take a good care of ourselves. and kalau orang lain yg sakit, kite yang sihat kena la take care mereka yang sakit. juga jangan lupe take care ape2 pemberian and amanah orang lain untuk kita juga ! so, take care everyone !

these faces. these smiles. all these touches. just because they are so familiar to me, I'm home everybody ! Alhamdulillah, I've arrived home last week, on the November 21st, welcoming by all the people i love, perghhhhh penuh jugak lah airport tuh bila semua decide nak g amik saye a.k.a Mak Ude :)

but yeah, sebelum bertolak nak naik flight tuh banjir jugak lah airport Adelaide tuh. sabor jer lah. tak boleh tahan. senang aje air mata ni gugur. aicewah gugur tue ! even Ibtisam was not there because she was in Sydney, attending her sister's family coming to Australia.

Alright then, it's really been a while. I don't really know what to update. Home is beautiful as the way it is. the way it has always been. When I walked into my room, I could still feel the moment when I was in high school, the time that I spent in this room, studying and singing out loud with my sister, Fatien. but then she left for boarding school, MRSM. Masa zaman skolah dlu nak sangat pegi boarding school because everyone was asking for the same thing, but deep in my heart, sebenarnya taknak. why ? sebab x boleh tgk TV and malas gile buat laundry(my weakest skill. hahaha) ! nak dok umah best lagi ! and of course, Allah knows the best :) nasib baik x dapat pegi sekolah asrama. hehe

a few things coming up that I should attend. reunion mcm biasa. kenduri kahwin of course. engagement orang lain jugak. alright alright. excited ! :)

I may not know this place. I may not be familiar with this part. As long as it has you in it, I know I'm home :)

fuh. jarang nak update blog time hari raye nih. x pernah buat lagi rasenye. Al-maklum lah, kat Adelaide ni, sekarang musim orang exam. musim orang ade final presentation la, so sambutan raye x meriah sangat. takde open house la plak ? eh, ade ke org buat open house raye haji ? hehe. kejap lagi nak gi beraye umah kak falah. jumpa hariz and caamil for the last time before i leave Adelaide. sob3. sedih nyeeeeeeeee T_T. saye sayang Hariz sangat2! oh yer, Adelaide raye hari ni, 16 Nov

Ya Allah ! lagi 4 hari nak balik ! nak balik Malaysia. hadoi. lemah semangat bile pikir x balik dah kat sini. bila agaknya nak datang sini balik yer ? Ibtisam cakap bile dah dapat duit pencen kite datang la sini balik. hahahadoi !

barang2 dah packing. tapi x habis lg sbenarnya. baju2 belum lagi masuk dalam kotak. segala mak nenek corelle dah masuk dah. hmmm ape lagi yer. ohhh sape2 yang nak belanje saye sebelum saye balik nih, dialu-alukan sangat. hahahahadoi perasan lagi di situ !

Alhamdulillah. My honours year has officially ended. from all the chaos to all the tears and laughters. joys and fun. we did embrace our experiences. I know all the patience and pain will be useful one day. heeeeeee. Alhamdulillah. Thank You Allah :)

8 more days before i go back to Malaysia. InsyaAllah :) Tiba2 rase sebak dengan setiap hari yang berlalu. balik nih, tak datang sini balik dah. the feeling is difference. excited but at the same time collide with rase sadness and berat hati. T_T plus pikir pasal all the memorable moments kat sini. sob3. adeihh emo terlebih !

Thesis submitted. Alhamdulillah. kite serahkan pada yang pakar untuk menilai apekebenda la Ahlami tulis dalam thesis dia tuh. hikhik. for some reasons. for some reasons.

hari ni 29 oktober. meaning, i have 20 more days being here in Adelaide. Ya Allah ! cepat nya rase berlalu. 20 hari je lagi nak balik Malaysia. Indeed, I'm feeling happy, excited, anticipating, enchanted etc thinking about going back home. However (dalam thesis hari tuh banyak sangat tulis however. hehe), for some reasons, diri ini terasa sebak and muffled jugak thinking of every day that passes before I'll be leaving Adelaide for good. f0r some reasons. feels like Adelaide is my second home. has been teaching me the meaning of joy and sorrow. facing all the ups and downs. and I am thankful for that.

eh tetiba pulak jadi entri sedih. sob3 T_T

saya bersiaran kat lab nih. tetiba rase sunyi plak. selalu ade budak2 honors lain jugak. hmmmm. ponteng rupenye budak2 nih. eh, kami masih ade Final Presentation on this November 8th. haaaaaaaa that time i'm pretty much sure, everyone is going to say Hello to butterflies, meet Mr.stomach ! especially me ! hmmm I swear I will sing any song that just pop into my mind in case I stumble or stuff up the presentation. buat2 pengsan pon okay jugak rasenye. LOLOL

di ambang thesis submission

adoi. lagi seminggu nak hantar thesis.

semakin dekat hari submission date, semakin banyak kejadian-kejadian pelik yg berlaku. sampai rase tak masuk akal lah pulak bile pikir. tapi tuh la. all of these did happen !

- contohnya, encik A ingin masuk ke medical school pada hari Ahad (weekend), so kena la swipe card, tapi instead of menggunakan (ayat campur aduk abih ! ) student card mcm biasa, tapi encik A telah menggunakan Credit Card BankSA ! waaaahhhhhhh encik A mungkin gatal tangan nak shopping kot ? muahahahaha !

- contoh lain lagi ialah apabila kakak2 manis kite, cik S, cik M, dan juga cik F yang stayed up kat lab. konon nya nak stay up sampai midnight jer, tapi bile sedar midnight tu sememangnya gelap gelita dan sunyi sepi, takut lah pulak nak balik. Maka, mereka pon ber'camping' a.k.a bermalam lah di dalam office yg tak seberapa itu berlapikkan surat khabar ? wah wah wah ! Zuhud sungguh. rasenye banyak lagi kot napkin yg bersih2 dalam store room yg boleh dijadikan alas ? muahahaha lagi di situ !

- contoh lain lagi ialah apabila cik A berada keseorangan di lab di level 2 dan ingin naik ke tingkat 6 utk mengambil bahan yg baru di print, kemudian di hadapan cik A ada pintu yg nampak reflection belakang (ayat belit sket deh), cik A tiba2 . jeng jeng jeng. ternampak kelibat org berbaju putih melintas. cik A dgn beraninya berpaling ke belakang tapi, tiada pula kelibat tersebut. bunyi derapan kaki pon tiada. maka. cik A bertempiaran lari keluar dari lab. muahahahahha di situ lagi !

- contoh lain ialah sperti encik A telah berjaya menghabiskan stok sekotak Panadol (50tablet) dalam masa 2-3minggu (katanya lahhh...hehe). agak amazing di situ ! ish ish.

- contoh lain pula ialah sperti sekarang, saya sedang menaip utk mengupdate blog, bukannya menaip thesis. dah la kat lab orang. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !

okey. entri utk bagi sedar diri. berusaha semua kawan2!!!

itu akan membuatkan saye pening juga. terase ingin mun-mun tah-mah. luga oghe kelate panggil. hehehe.

betul. rase macam tepu sangat hari ni. macam kalau buat air milo tuh, letak milo banyak2 sampai x larut dah milo tuh. tepu.

oh yer, sekarang ni, kalau buat status kat facebook dalam bahasa Melayu, mesti kawan2 honors saye sibuk nak tahu maksud ape. aduhh. kalau part yg ayat kite simplekan tuh susah la nak explain. contoh nya, saye ade buat kat info profile saye yang saye ni seorang yg 'blur blur sket'. haaaaaaa sudah. nak explain camne la blur blur sket tuh. hari tu dah tanya dah. huhu. funny funny. tuh tak tulis dalam bahasa kelate lagi.

anyway, berbalik pada tepu ni sebab nya rase macam banyak benda kena buat. experiments on-going lagi. thesis pon dah start tulis. menaip satu paragraph berjam-jam rase. susah jugak rupe nye :( Ya Allah permudahkanlah.

kawan-kawan honours saye yang bukan beragama Islam seringkali (aicewah seringkali tuh ! ) bertanya mengenai Islam. macam2 soalan yang diorang tanya. kadang2 tuh okay la, boleh saye jawab. and ade jugak soalan yg mmg saye tak tahu nak jawab macam mane. yer la, nak jaga hati diorang lagi kan. contoh;

- ohhhhhh mengggg. God is the Almighty. mane ade cacat cela. so mane ade kira wrong2. Malaikat dah catat catit segala benda dah. tak perlu bimbang salah kira ape2 - that was my answer

semua orang sibuk dok update cite pasal raya kan. saye pon nak citer jugak lah :)

so, raye kat Adelaide nie meriah jugak lah. meriah dalam kesederhanaan. dalam kesedihan dok teringat kat kampung tapi ade makna dan kemanisan jgk beraya bersama rakan-rakan nih. saye rase, bile beraya di perantauan ni, kite akan rase lagi tanggungjawab kot. yer la, kat umah semua ma yg uruskan pasal makanan juadah raye semua nih. kat sini, kena pikir sendiri, buat sendiri semua. manis beraye adelah kat situ.

sepanjang 4 tahun kat Adelaide nih, ni baru 2nd time beraye kat sini. hikhik. kira fair and square la kan. 2 kali raye kat malaysia. 2 kali raya kat sini. :P

.sembahyang raya kat masjid khalil - saye rase dalam banyak2 masjid yg pernah saye pergi, tak kira kat malaysia mahupon di sini, masjid khalil lah paling best. ni x pergi masjidil haram lagi nih. mesti lagi lagi lagi best. ya Allah, sampaikanlah daku ke sana. ameen.

.open house rumah kami - ade la wat makan sket2. ajak rakan2 terdekat aje. yer lah. nak ajak ramai2 kami ni bukan org bekerja yang sudah bergaji. jadi, buat ala kadar, ajak pon ala kadar. alhamdulillah. nasi tomato terhidang jugak utk tetamu. ade sesi main bunga api jugak yuhuuu! semua orang pon excited !

My second sister, kakngoh that suggested this name to my parents.

So, she was the one that gave this name to me.

When I was a kid, I mean, like primary school, I wondered why was my name so weird.

Why my name doesn't have 'Nur' or 'Siti' or 'Puteri' or 'Tengku' (melampauuu la tu nak tengku). hehe. cause i had always imagined that it would be pretty to have that fancy Nur, Siti or Puteri in front on my name. hihi. but that was just a little of myself, 7 or 8 year old girl.

and now, no matter how far i have thought about it, i still believe that we should all be proud with our own names, especially when knowing the meanings. and yeah, name is just a name if you don't value yourself.

I was doing my usual routine daily so-called important and critical experiment a few days ago. eh, a few days ape plak, kelmarin sebenarnya. yes yes, yesterday. and to make things complicated, before we started the experiment, it seemed like everything went wrong. wrong samples. wrong dilutions. there were defects here and there. and Alhamdulillah, we managed to overcome all those. we as I'm referring to me and Kate, the research assistant that works in our lab. Kate was REALLY REALLY REALLY worried that the experiment was not gonna work. so i was just randomly saying this to her,

"Don't worry. Relax. Calm down. In the end, everything is gonna be OKAY. If it's not OKAY, then it is not yet the end"

Erkk...where did that come from actually? Gulp! I know I know! It was too heavy for that kinda situation. hahahhaa. ayat xleh blah. confident jer lebih! Anyway, nasib baik dia buat muka mcm 'whatever la budak ni. dok berfalsafah la plak kat sini'. hahahadoii.

and yeah, the experiment didn't work. literally. hehehe. biase la tuh. bak kata cikgu add-math saye dulu, Cikgu Nik Rosila (belum kawin lg cikgu ni, tapi penah mengajar kakak saye yg dah beranak 5 orang dah!), nak selesai ape2 equation, kena guna kaedah cuba jaya! yeah! betul tu cikgu.

itu cerita semalam. TODAY, Kate tu datang lab dengan senyuman berseri2 bak bunga matahari mekar di taman. aicewah. she was happppppy and smiling ear-to-ear all the time. Rupe2 nya semalam jugak, her boyfriend proposed her, to get married. amboiiiiiiii patut la suke sangat. then dia ckp cmni,

"Ami, you were right! everything is gonna be okay in the end. cause i'm getting married! yeayy!!"

hi everyone. how is it going?

I've had my progress report presentation on Thursday. I thought I did better than the first presentation which was the research proposal. at least i thought. :P The questions that i got were not that bad though, at least i was expecting and guessing the right questions that they're gonna ask. Alhamdulillah. All praises to Allah. :)))

After all, this presentation is not part of the assessment components. not counted towards the final marks of honors year. :))), but the thing is, I have got to do BETTER for the final presentation. the thesis defence. ketar lutut weh!

post-presentation feeling selalu je macam ni. malas sangat nak buat keje ape2. rase nak relax2 layan movies or bace buku aje. kuang3. normal ke tuh?

hari ni Sabtuday. eh, Saturday. nak relax2 aje. bangun tido pon sah sah lambat. wakakah. rasenye the only thing that I've done so far beneficial was tukar air ikan saye tuh. kata nak wat laundry stuffs x buat lagi. baju2 yg basuh last week, dok dalam bakul x sempat nak lipat lagi. :P. ni nak basuh yg penuh dalam bakul tu pulak. hahaha. memang bakul baju ni x pernah kosong! oppss! tetiba rase mcm mak2 plak dok membebel pasal baju2 x lipat nih. hihi.

dah dah! stop feeling blues. get a life lah. jom jom! let's be productive. erk, kawin and beranak ramai2 ke? LOL

A friend of mine had decided to quit honors and go back to Malaysia. and apparently she really did. last Saturday she flew back to Malaysia and that's it. halfway of honors journey for her. I was so surprised to know that she decided to end it that way. i mean, yeah..cause we've only got a few months to go. and we can just call it a-day. just A FEW months. I am terribly sorry for her. but i know, she must be feeling very satisfied and relieved now. seronok jugak sebenarnya. tapi tue lah. it's just a matter of RUGI laa for me. takpe, ALLAH knows the best. may she find a better way and journey or experience. :)

I just thought that she had been very strong lately. apparently that's not the case.

what about me? Alhamdulillah. so far, I've been coping well. Yes, phone calls with family really helps, i can guarantee that! talking to your friends really find me a way to release some kinda stresses. cause most of the time, we're gonna end up laughing about that. hahaha. very typical!

and yeah, what i think now is, you must be very strong, but at the same time, rely on others too for their support and time with us. don't forget to make DOA as well. insyaAllah everything will go well.

I was doing my powerpoint slides for my progress report presentation just now. while listening to 'I cant make you love me' by Melissa Polinar. it was just too easy to drop my mind off the slides and do this.

these past few days. i think i had loads of deep thoughts. lately. Maybe because I have always always become so excited when it comes to reading new books. i just got three of those from Alexandra Potter. and I can't wait to swim deep into those books. let myself free in the opposite world. different world. what i always find is that, reading books is a way better because it doesn't really constraint you and i like the fact that the story is long lasting. watching movies will take you, say 2hours, right to the ending. but reading makes you stay a little longer. content. and satisfaction! yes it is!

crap crap!

i never get used to this kinda talk. hahahhaa

erm. sape boleh baca buku dalam bas? i mean. dalam bas yg bergerak, korang bleh membaca tak? duluuuuuuuu saye x boleh. maklum lah ade motion sickness kan. haha. whenever i read, sure i went dizzy and spinning head. but but but but. things have changed! sekarang ni saye dah boleh bace buku dalam bas. bas kat sini la. i donno how did that happen? change of state of age kot? hikhik. but i believe it's a good thing for me! :)))) YEAY!

tadi ade interview SPA. yes. they came all the way from Malaysia to interview us! ouch terharu nya! haha tolong lah! it was fun. sangat relax dan x skema. cakap macam2. siap tanya umur abah saye. adik bradik. bile nak kawin? nak wat menantu? hahaha. alahai Datuk...macam2 lah! tak macam nak interview keje pegawai sains!

sekarang ni tiba-tiba saye semangat nak update blog.

sebab ade specific topik kot? :p

sape penah mabuk? eh. bukan mabuk minum arak tuh la. ni mabuk pening2 kepala naik bas ke, naik kapal ke, bot ke, kapal terbang ke, motor ke. hihi. ade ke org mabuk naik motor?

erm. saye sebenarnya ade morning sickness. eh, silap! motion sickness.

lame dah. mase kecik2 dulu kalau naik bas ekspres nak g KL tuh mesti muntah. sekarang pon.

bas ekspress yang ade air cond tuh la. kalau bas yg naik sekejap tu takper plak. hehe.

anyway, nasib baik ade kapal terbang. hihi. and nasib baik jugak ade kakak2 yang dah keje.

kak ngoh la terutamanya. hihi.

saye x pernah dok asrama and tak pernah pegi boarding school.

first time saye keluar dari kelantan utk belajar ialah mase masuk matrik pahang tahun 2005.

mase tu dalam kepala tgh pikir and imagine dah muntah2 dalam bas. huhu.

nasib baik dok matrik sebulan lebih aje. sebab dapat tawaran JPA ni lah. fuhh..nasib baik!

anyway, dalam mase sebulan lebih tue, ade 2 kali jgk la balik kelantan naik bas. dan seperti yg dijangka la kan. muntah tu memang sah sah la! huhu.

bile dok sunway college (preparation sebelum datang aussie), nasib baik la ade flight KL-KB. and ade kakngoh juge! hehehe. kadang2 naik keretapi jgk. walaupon naik keteapi tu lagi laaaaaamee dari naik bas. tapi saye sangggup naik keteapi lagi laa...hehe.

hurm. tadi for the very first time rase mabuk2 and nak muntah naik bas from uni nak balik umah. hahaha. yang lawak nye. sebab x tahan sgt. saye sepatut nya turun stop 7. tapi suruh pakcik bas tu berenti stop 6. and muntah kat tepi2 tu je atas rumput (mintak maap rumput!!). hahadoii..pakcik bas tu siap turun tanya 'are you okay?'. eh bukan pakcik sbenarnya. muda lagi. abang bas kot? kih3. meme muko pucat lesiii kot time tuh. heeee....x sempat dah nak control ayu. hahahadoi. then driver bas tu suruh naik bas balik and dia turunkan saye kat stop 7. hehe. buat maluuu aje. nasib baik xramai org dalam bas. huhu.

anyway, ade jgk la experience muntah after naik bas kat sini.

actually, saye bersiaran bukan di rumah sewa saye nih.

tapi, kali ni bersiaran di Mawson Lakes, yg agak jauh jgk lah dgn rumah sewa saye.

dan agak jauh jgk dgn city. why oh why am I here? oh sebab nya, teman kak falah dan her son. kak falah ni dentist kat sini. org malaysia yg dah migrate kat sini. husband kak falah

(Dr.Ramzan) balik Malaysia for 10 days sebab ade wedding kena attend. kak falah plak tgh pregnant almost 8 months, and hariz, 4 year old boy yg sgt aktif! so, saye, ibtisam and fatihah teman la dua beranak nih.

best jgk mawson lakes nih. saaaaaangaaattt sejuk. jauh lagi sejuk drp city rasenye. nasib baik lah ade central heater yg hebat jgk lah kat umh kak falah nih. huhu. makanan toksah cakap la. mcm2 ade. hehe. ktorng pon tumpang sekaki jgk. best2!

how are you guys doing out there? dah semayang ke semua nih? :P

okay, lately ni, saye rase sangat messy la. erm. literally.

First situation;

dalam bathroom. tengah mandi. shampoo rambut guna sabun mandi. abis jadi melekit2 rambut aku. dah rase pelik dah. tapi keep on washing my hair jgk. pastu bile nak sabun, g guna shampoo plak. baru perasan td g shampoo rambut guna sabun mandi. adoi! messy messy! end up laughing out loud sorang2 dalam bilik air. @__@

Second situation;

spek kan. orang pakai kat mata kan. saye pakai kat kaki. T__T. I broke my spec for how many times x tahu lah). messy messy!

Third situation;

pegi lab/uni pakai stokin kaki kiri kaler hitam, kaki kanan kaler pink (stokin lain2 la ni). orang maybe cakap style. tapi itu bukan style, itu kes x perasan sebab rushing. messy messy!

Fourth situation;

masa nak hantar literature review tadi, baru teringat nak kena highlight key papers! time nak hantar tu dah! cepat2 edit. messy messy

Fifth Situation

tak ingat dah last time tukar air ikan dalam bowl tuh. hikhik. sorryyyy encikkk ikan!!! okey, mak ikan g tukar sekarang air tuh. messy messy!!

hurm..baru lepas hantar 4th draft literature review. sampai 4 kali hantar draft.

but still thinking have i done good enough? takpe2 ade mase lagi.

harap2 dapat feedback from supervisors cepat sket.

due date monday june 7th nie. sempat lagi.

lately ni rase mcm banyak sangat benda berlaku.

tiba2 rase mcm x percaya a few of those things happened. or still happening. adeih.

senarai eksperimen-eksperimen yg saye buat;

Monday: Western Blot 1 (protein detection), Cell culture (5 jenis breast cancer, 3 jenis prostate cancer)

Tuesday: Western Blot 2 (successful yayy!), Cell culture lagi

Wednesday: Western Blot 3 ( xberjaya sob3), cell extraction

Thursday: PCR (96 well plate, with 8 jenis cancer cells), hari ni relax sket.

Friday: Immunohistochemistry utk prostate cancer tissue

lately ni jadual agak penuh la jgk.

dah terase 'kesakitan' honours. adeih!

pernah terpikir rase nak pakai rollerblade or skateboard jer dalam lab tuh.

senang sket nak bergerak dari satu lab ke satu lab. haha.

hoi! jangan mimpi la Ahlami! turun tangga medic school tu pon jatuh! ni nak pakai rollerblade? confirm x stabil! okeoke, stop dreaming!

haa.. tak pernah constant tuh sbnrnya nak cakap semangat.

uni life:

lately ni sangat penat sebenarnya.

dah 3 kali hantar draft literature review saye.

first draft supervisor bagi feedback suruh ubah sikit2 aje. so, that was really

cooperative enough for me to do the changes.

second draft suruh ubah lagi. and siap suruh tambah papers la plak..okay. saye ikut aje.

third draft laaaaagggiiiii banyak kena ubah and tambah lagi paper. sbb paper tu will be published tomorrow, 1st june. so kena review jgk. adohai supervisor saye nih!

saye ade 2 org supervisor. satu perempuan. satu lelaki. yang lelaki ni jenis buat donno sket. xkesah sgt janji keje siap. yg perempuan ni plak satu2 kena perfect. agaknya, mmg sesuai sgt la kot dapat supervisor jenis perfectionist ni utk saye yg sememangnya pemalas sedikit (eh ke byk?)

hurm...stress ke saye nie? x nak lah kata stress. tak baik.

ma abah saye ade anak 10 orang pon x pernah cakap mereka stress pon..huhu..

it's been REALLLLLLYYYY while. not just while. a very very long silent pause.

i was so busy (blah blah blah) and being trapped in this kinda situation really favors me to just being silent in my own world without saying a single word in this blog. i am so sorry dearest blog!

so, right..what am i gonna write now? lame sangat x update blog nih sampai xtahu dah nak tulis ape. okeh..ape kata kite curik idea my sis, Kak Ja.

nak cerita pasal ape yer? pasal saye banyak sgt jadi clumsy ke lately nih?

tersepit kaki kat pintu lab yg kebal tu sebab semata-mata nak selamatkan sample yg berharga 200dollar tu dari terjatuh? terhantuk dinding semasa bercakap phone akibat ketawa kuat sgt?hihi.. tertinggal mikroskop kat lab with the light on sampai kena sound ngan supervisor?

hurm..ke nak crite pasal saye bela ikan? ade 3 ekor sbenar nya ikan tuh. pastu ade org tu cakap x boleh guna air paip saye guna jugak, akhirnya mati dah sekor ikan tuh? haha.

boleh gk kan kalu cite pasal literature review yang saye hantar draft hari tuh, tapi x dapat2 lagi feedback dari supervisor saye? teruk sangat ke saye tulis smpai supervisor taknak tgk? aiseyman

of Graduation Day - the day i will always remember

15 April 2010.

Alhamdulillah. i've received my bachelor of science (biomedical science) majoring in microbiology and immunology and physiology. haha. banyak betul logy2 kat belakang tuh..

as expected, the ceremony was so simple. sbb ramai cakap convo kat Malaysia berderet2 ucapan tuh. pastu bkn sorang je wt ucapan. ramai plak tuh. betul ker? huhu. xtahu la. xpenah convo kat malaysia.

sekejap aje ceremony nyer. from 2.30 - 3.30pm aje. 1 jam jer..simple kan? hehehe.

alhamdulillah. rase penat lelah selama 3 tahun berbaloi. xde la penat lelah sgt sbenarnya, sbb saye rase study degree ni banyak break. so x de la rase stress sgt. hihi. cuma nya, akan jadi stress bile fikir risiko of not being able to graduate. but Alhamdulillah. i've made it through all those! this is only a beginning of everything as kakngoh said. huhu..

lepas dpt dgree tuh, ade la rase sebak sket, thinking of my ma and abah. and family. and people who always concern about me. and love me as much as i love them. appreciate all of them!

okay, most of you are probably very familiar with these two guys.

Moymoy Palaboy is a Filipino comic and singing duo known for their uploaded lip sync
videos in Youtube. The duo consists of the Obeso brothers, James Ronald and Rodfil. They are now GMA Network contract artists.

basically, i love all the videos from these guys. the expressions that they show could bring me laughing from the beginning till the end of the video. and notice the dance and moves they make! simple and easy to follow. dalam lecture kalau penat2 and bosan pon bleh jer exercise mcm nie..hahahaha...

that baby smell

ohhh i love the smell of new baby. or newborn babies.

they smell just so pure. and fresh.

hey, i'm saying this because to date, i have 11 nieces and 10 nephews altogether from my sisters and bro-in-laws. i kinda get used to baby cries, baby diapers, baby screaming, kids messing up my room yg dah memang kube lana tuh, kids running all the way from the kitchen to the tangga of the home sweet home (you really have to put all your attention when it comes to this), 16 year old teenager checking on your mobile phone for your boyfriend's picture probably, blah blah blah.

the eldest niece i have is 'Izzah, which is turning 18 this year. has just finished her o-level in Singapore (she is a singaporean since my sister is married to singaporean and decided to stay there).

and the youngest is of course, Nabil, was born on 11th March 2010, that marks his age now about 1 month old.

i haven't met Nabil. and as you know what i'm gonna say next, 'I just can't wait to meet him!!'

Good Friday and Easter Break

Assalamualaikum semua.

esok (selasa) dah start lab balik.
actually, saye cuti jumaat, sabtu ahad (weekend mcm biase) and isnin.
Jumaat tu sebab Good Friday. Isnin sebab Easter Monday. hehe.
Good Friday nie mengikut kepercayaan Kristian, hari di mana Jesus mati.
saya rase, sebab diorang percaya nabi Isa tu anak tuhan, yang mana diorang panggil Jesus,
so, dia namakan Good Friday utk mengingati hari kematian Jesus.

Manakala, Easter pula hari di mana Jesus itu dihidupkan kembali.
kan nabi Isa diangkat ke langit. maybe diorang salah faham yang ni jugak.
wallahualam. saye pon tak tahu. tapi, begitulah agak nya.
ape2 pon, memang terang2 la kan kepercayaan diorang tak betul.
semoga kite dapat amik pengajaran betapa ignorant nye diorang ni dari segi agama.
nauzubillah kite percaya benda2 mcm tue.

ape2pon. since dapat cuti good friday and easter nie. best lah! sebab honors kan takde cuti macam budak2 undergrad mcm biase dapat, which is the mid-term break.
